DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All goods shall be examined by the Purchaser on delivery. The Retailer shall not be liable for claims in respect of shortage or damage in transit unless the carrier and the Retailer is notified in writing within 7 days of delivery – or in the case of non delivery notice being given in writing within 7 days of notice of despatch of the goods from the works of the Retailer or the sub-contractors.
Do not return any products before speaking to Sprayer Spares.com.au. We will assist you and advise if a claim can be made and forward a warranty claim form.
Returned goods will be inspected and depending on the condition of goods, compliance with specifications or any other matter affecting goods shipped to the purchaser must be made within 7 days on receiver of the goods. All goods must be prepaid freight and agreed to in writing from Sprayer Spares.com.au
A restocking fee of 20% shall be applied to all returned stock. Returned items should be returned in new condition or the items may be returned to the purchaser at their expense.
