Fertilizer Nozzles: Time-Tested and New Solutions

Will it soon be time to fertilize in your area? If so, you may be interested in one of our newer spray tips, Turbo TeeJet® Induction (TTI). TTI tips are an increasingly popular choice for liquid fertilizer application. Or, you may prefer our widely used line of StreamJet® nozzles. Both nozzle lines are excellent choices!

Turbo TeeJet® Induction (TTI) Nozzles:

  • Patented design uses air induction technology
  • Larger droplets with fewer driftable fine particles
  • 110° wide angle spray pattern
  • Large flow passages minimize plugging
  • Excellent wear resistance
  • Removable pre-orifice for easy cleaning
  • Wide operating range

StreamJet® SJ3 and SJ7 Nozzles:

  • Available with three or seven solid streams of equal velocity and capacity
  • Excellent spray distribution quality
  • Removable metering orifice for easy cleaning
  • Wide range of sizes and application rates
  • Color-coded
  • Excellent chemical resistance
  • Wide operating range

New AIXR TeeJet® Flat Spray Tips Provide a Perfect Balance of Drift Control and Coverage Our newest spray tip, Air Induction XR Flat Spray (AIXR), produces fewer driftable droplets at higher pressures than most other tips and provides excellent drift control without compromising coverage.

The nozzle uses a unique air induction design to produce larger air-filled drops that stay on target and cover the entire plant. The AIXR is ideal for pre-emerge surface-applied herbicides, post-emerge systemic herbicides and postemerge contact herbicides.

Other AIXR features include easy removal of the pre-orifice for cleaning/inspection, a unique polymer material providing significantly longer wear life and better acid-resistance, a compact design, a wide operating pressure range of 15 to 90 psi (1 to 6 bar) and tip color-coding in compliance with the ISO standard for easy capacity identification.
